I took a caplet during my last cleanse - OMG! My stomach was on fire, and remember, what goes in must come out. My bum burned for days.

NOW -- I take my caplet, open it up, put a pinch on my tongue, and take a swig of lemonaid (I go through about 1/2 a caplet a day). I can't put the pepper in my drink because it gets hotter the longer it sits. My new method is working out much much better!
