You can operate your ultrasonic nebulizer with one hand and it automatically shuts off after 1 minute. Repeat as required.
It is the most convenient nebulizer on planet Earth.

I've used SSKI and it did not have any effect on my own asthma. Maybe it will work better for you. Try it out & do let us know.

I found the Colloidal Silver to be a miracle for all of my health conditions, including my asthma. I also loaded a 1 gallon Ultrasonic Humidifier with Colloidal Silver in my bedroom to run all night as req'd. That did wonders for my chest congestion.
