You definitely don't want to take cayenne in capsules during the MC. It will go down the shute, open up and burn.
It needs contact in the mouth first, to trigger the stomach juices that will handle the cayenne properly.

The fast should lower cholesterol. It works on cleaning out anything that is not optimum to have in the body.
