Hi,

I wanted to re-surface this thread.

I've taken Mebendazole with horrific die off symptoms twice before (Nov 11th, 2017 and then again 3 weeks later) and I'm starting my first Humaworm for Adults cleanse tomorrow.

I have another 500mg tablet of Mebendazole and I'm wondering if I should take it before, after or during Humaworm.

Can anyone on Curezone advise on this?
