I'm still taking the 12 mg. compounded capsules, and when I use them all up I will go to the horse paste. I've been on the high dose for 5 months with a few breaks during this timeframe. Before that, I took horsepaste off and on for 3 months. The demodex went away after about 5 or 6 weeks of high dose, plus I also used permethrin in my eyelashes whenever I felt them.
