then I absolutely believe a fast can be done safely and effectively. Kudos to her for doing something good for her body.

Day 5 can be particularly tough for some people (this is my 3rd cleanse for me) and days 2 and 3 are rougher for me. But I know there are others here who can chime in with some really good advice (Somer particularly comes to mind).
