Candida. Lol, maybe candido. A joke in calling it 'candido', I've had some problems that are identical to many lengthy gut fungus symptoms lists, and these yellow pieces are in my stool too. Antifungals are effective.

Are you also dealing with this? Try Pau d'Arco and berberine. If your diet can handle it, eat lots of salty pasta. Watch yoir blood pressure, if so. If you know about candida, you might think carbs are counterproductive but the salt is so potent against it that it works. It's not a miracle, but is helpful and makes progress. Maybe you'd be lucky and have an infection less tenacious than mine. I'm looking forward to finding some decent probiotics one day also.
