Since my last post: https://www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=2249121#i ... I switched to borage oil (6 capsules a day) which worked just as well as 8 EPOs ... then a few months later, I went on a Low Histamine Diet and I was immediately able to reduce my intake of borage oil to 1 or 2 capsules a day! 100% clear of eczema!
