Yeah i was in the same state as you sometimes, hopeless, but you have to stay positive, do a trip and go to a city/country with qualified doctors wich now you problem !
Focus on what you have instead on what you dont, enjoy things in Life (even the smalest), while searching your cure. Live a Life you will be proud of ;)

Ahah yeah Europe is good but America is too :p
