I kind of consider everything WS says to be bs tbh. He's basically pulling up every health craze type cleanse in the book when everything he says is the elimination of "x" food from your diet or some type of cleanse/fast. With no explanation as to why or how any of this makes any sense.

P.S. I've been lurking for a while, made an account a few months ago but never made any posts or anything. I've had E.C pretty much my whole life (I'm 18), as from as early as i can remember, i've had to bite and peel the middle upper triangle of my lip. Though within the last year or so it seems to have spread to my bottom lip as well, however it is not as bad as some others. Also, why does no one use imgur?
