Hello ADHD Girl,

Thanks for replying to my message. I am now on day 3 of my water fast. On day 1 I started at 166.6 pounds and this morning I weighed 162.6 pounds (4 pounds lost in 2 days). I want to get to 145 pounds.

Did you start your water fast? I would be happy to buddy with you.
