Is anyone else experiencing this? I totally get that it's connected to my digestion. Started with pain emanating down right leg, then moved to aching all up and down both. I've lost a lot of sleep the last two nights because of it. I rubbed Mineral Ice on which only helped for about 10 minutes. Still aching as I write. I'm on Day 5 now. And, I've done this cleanse several times over the last 11 years -- never anything like this.

Also, possibly related -- elimination is really 98% water. Could that be the factor?

Really could use some advice. Thanks all! I'm new and happy to have found all you Wise Fasters!
