EC is most likely from the family of sebrohic dermatitis. If you also have it on your face and scalp i would suggest its seb derm but consult a good dermatologist to get a diagnosis. I now believe ec is seb derm rather then atopic dermatitis unfortunately when it manifest on the lips doctors seem puzzled. I have seb derm in my beard so i have now concluded that it has also manifested on my lips unfortunately. A lot of people with ec also have seb term so i definitely see a strong connection. It also has the classic symptoms of seb derm. Call it what you want but its just a inflammatory process within the body. Best of luck.
