Thank you for responding. I appreciate it a great deal. I agree that I am still detoxing and must confess that I did not want to end my physician assisted 21 day fast but I could no longer afford the medical costs. I may attempt to fast again on my own, now that I know what to expect but wasn't sure if I could start fasting again so soon after completing my prior 21 day fast. I am under the impression that we should not fast more than once a year???? Also, I was weaned off my thyroid medication before the fast and I was under the impression that fasting would correct my sluggish thyroid. I will check out the adrenal fatigue questionnaire you suggested in addition to the other items you recommended. Thanks again!
