It was just before exams but no stress. I am not stressed in exams or when revising. I sometimes tak 100% dowse vit a. And used to take omega 3 regularly. Both didn’t make much of a difference.
I wouldn’t call it peeling. More like the skin is thickening and not coming off. Sticking to the skin under and mixing with the oil, making it waxy and difficult to remove.
