There are two main hatred and religious hate crime,

racially or religiously aggravated offences under the Crime and Disorder Act 1988

any other offences which the sentence can be increased under the Criminal Justice Act 2003 if they are classed as a hate crime.

If you use Curezone you still should expect to be treated decently as a citizen and I think we all have to be weary of the media who could have a field day at some of the stuff that gets posted here. Curezone is there for everyone to read and we all are responsible for what we post. Just saying.
