after all these years i still stick with a very early on conclusion, that one gram of KI per day could be maintained indefinitely. i didnt need that much so i stuck with 750mg. that is the dose per ounce of dr ayers sarsaparilla tonic which had thousands of testimonials and sold millions of bottles for over half a century in this country. no quack tonic or snake oil of any kind, that shit worked. my 750 mg per day works for me. no doubt im still above ground in large part due to iodine.
