Today begins a 21 day water fast. I have three objectives. First, I have had continual bronchial inflammation (especially after eating grains) since finishing two courses of Levaquin along with very slow and irregular bowel movements. I am hoping the fast will allow my gut to heal and reduce bronchial irritation. Second, I want to lower my blood pressure. Finally, I am looking to "reset" my blood Sugar levels and detoxify.

Currently I weigh in at 366.2 pounds and am 6'2" tall. My blood pressure is 145/95. I will try and get some blood work done for A1C to compare before and after - although it actually measures the last 90 days.
