I should have been doing this for whipples disease all along if I do too much vitmain c I get some weird side effects maybe it's due to a herx reaction I'm not sure. I wish I had the money to get iv vitamin c that's probably what I really need right now. One tends to forget the power of vitmain c but when your body isn't absorbing minerals and nutrients properly you wonder how much you're really taking in if any at all. Great post though for sure.
