I haven't done it yet b/c I'm a wimp. I'm on Day 8 of the MC. I've decided to do it tomorrow and I hope it's not too bad.

I took my dog to the beach one day and he kept drinking the salt water then salt water was shooting out both ends. It was horrible. I guess he had a salt water flush! :)

I'm SCARED!
