Are you often constipated ?

You are constipated if you do not have at least one soft bowel movement per day or if you have to use a lot of force to get the poop out.

Your intestine are healthy if you have on average 2 soft bowel movement per day and you do not have to use almost any force to get the poop out.

What other things, other than topicals have you tried ?
Any allergy test ? Tested for what ? Ever visited an allergist /immunologist ?
