Hello Grizz. I have some antibodies, but they are very low. I know that there are various types of hypothyroidism. Not all them are caused by Iodine deficiency, but wish mine was caused by Iodine deficiency 😑
The hard part is that I struggle with sleep.. Even with the help of dangerous pills, and even with good magnesium glycinate and phosphatidylserin.
I guess my Lugol solution is almost arriving to Madeira Island. By the way I consume kombu 3 times a week.
I used Colloidal Silver in 2015, a friend of mine makes his own at home.
Im up to try Turpentine next month.
The issue here is that I have lots of undigested food in stools. And I feel I have low stomach acid and it takes time to digest food. As I understand hypothyroidism on its own,causes the digestion to slow down. Thank you gizz 😃happy new year. All the information is welcome
