..and that is why I follow a whole food diet of clean animal protein, vegetables and fruits with a few nuts and seeds thrown in, with good quality supplements and Himalayan salt water. I believe this has 95% helped the issues caused by taking Iodine and the remaining symptoms I have are purely adrenal which are going to take a while to recover but I can see the end of the tunnel. I believe the Iodine released a load of mercury and possibly other metals that my body could not remove quickly enough probably due to my inability to use B6 and zinc. It is impossible to diagnose root causes on this site, it can only ever be generic advice.
