The problem is people say this his healthy that is healthy they just do not know , we are no longer in the garden of eden we are devolved and we need carbs and Sugar , i read somewhere that Sugar is actually good for the thyroid while 1000 sites scream how bad it is .... yeah no suprise why i never recovered on a Sugar free diet
