What would you have done differently? I have severe cold intolerance to anything with Iodine from taking too much due to a goiter. Now anytime I take Iodine of any form, I freeze. I just want to be normal again. Still have the goiter. I am trying to figure out due I go all raw fruits and vegetables or eat small meals with proteins and fats. I'm so confused I don't know where to begin. Clean my lymph or liver or both? I really am just running amuck. Can you point me into understanding what you learned in the 2 years most, that has helped you?
