The type of magnesium is important, certain forms assimilate better than others, for myself using mag lysinate and mag glycinate works well http://amzn.to/2zPjeOD, also UltraMag has a wide blend. I do not know what to tell you about the zeolite except I use on a continual basis, mostly putting it in water and letting it sit under my tongue. I have used it water and drink the water so it goes through the digestive tract. IMO, zeolite is one of the best vacuums of toxins I use.
