No do not diet its something with your thyroid they cannot diagnose it , i do not know why i have been undiagnosed hyper for 10 years and now undiagnosed hypo for 12 years because of low carb diet , they do not know shit , but do not diet


i edited my former msg do not take Iodine like i implied previous post


Also make sure you at least take the 150 mcg Iodine requirement


any food allergies ? heavy responds to something like alchohol
