I am on the GAPS diet. Believe me, it is not to loose weight. I’m scary thin because of all the weight I lost. I was on the thin side to begin with. I’ve been doing the GAPS diet recommended by one of my doctors. She thinks It will be helpful for healing my gut. She believes healing the gut is the root to solving a lot of illnesses. I don’t know. I’m willing to do anything possible. I can’t stand the uncontrollable anxiety/ Depression and the heart palps, brain fog. It’s like I can NEVER relax. I’m waitinf on hair mineral test, but I don’t know what to do from here. It’s scary because doctors don’t seem to know either.
