i started yesterday all day with just lemonade and water. then before bed i drank my laxative tea. this morning at 730 i tried to drink all 32oz of my salt water and i took down about 20 oz and by 745 i was thowing it all up. is this suppose to happen? i tooks a few sips of water in between the chugs of salt water, but this didnt seem to help. how do i do this w/o puking?!
