Not diabetic per se, but close to it yes. Well, steering my way from it.

I just know that Epsom Salt replenishes magnesium your body desperately needs during fasting. This is just me (unsuccessfully!) trying to be clever as it is the fasting that truly cleansed my body of all the toxic overflowing Sugar it had stored over the years - BUT! And this is a big but, the Epsom Salt helped keep me sane during the not-so-peachy (get it?) fast. So I absolutely owe a lot to it, hence the high praise.
