First off I would never alter the " standard coffee enema" protocol which is just pure mycotoxin free coffee in a pot of pure water boiled for 20 minutes and strained and cooled. During the enema your body will release toxin then take a charcoal activated pill to absorb the toxins so it does NOT recirculate and make you feel sick . I had this problem right after enema I felt so sick my ND figured it out in second I got on Springgreen 22 which is clay right after the enema I took that until it was gone then when it ran out I just took charcoal activated pill this cured the sick feeling.
