A perhaps dumb personal comment from myself, on the one week on, weekend off schedule is the off time might not be long enough? Maybe it's good also. Or, maybe occasionally insert a longer off time cycle? Let the body think there's no more Iodine coming, just to see what you will experience if you have to quit for some reason.

I'm also thinking of cayce's atomidine instructions, but this was for his magnetized (or whatever) recipes which might not apply here.

Whatever happens, please take notes and let us know what happens !!!
