There certainly is a broad range of knowledge on curezone.

I can't help you with the details you mention, but my own 2 cents could be:

Would there be any value in "pulsing" the Iodine dosages?
For example, After 1 or more days of iodine, stop taking Iodine for a few days and repeat the cycle. This would allow the body to equalize the iodine, perhaps reducing any possible toxic impact or thyroid reaction from "long term" Iodine dosages.
I don't know if this is a good or bad idea in your case, but it has been my method until now.

The other thing i might be able to help with, is to help determine exactly what amount iodine you are taking, if you have not done so already. I've got a spreadsheet & calculations etc.
