Hello all,

I have started my year end fasting. I am on my day 5. I experimented with an enema for first two days. At the end of first day I did a raw coffee back to back enema. Second day, I did plain water back to back enema. Later in the evening I had two BMs and yellow mucus strands came out, which surprised me, but was glad.

I do have so much spit and mucus coming out of my mouth. I have post nasal drip as well. I have some scratchy areas on my legs and back, I use oil to lessen the scratching.

I intend to go for ten days.
