I began taking iodine(kelp, dulse) and I feel very cold. I usually have hypo symptoms but it usually takes the cold out but now everytime I take it, I freeze. What can I do to stop the coldness? I stopped Iodine and will try again in 2 weeks. Just want to get warm. Can you clarify? BTW, I have a goiter I'm trying to get rid of.
