I have been taking melatonin off and on for about a year, but started using it daily about six months ago. Now that I’ve stopped, I find it is harder to fall asleep and I don’t sleep as deeply. I blame this on my body slowing its own natural production due to my supplementation. Any idea how long it takes for the body to start producing again?
