Don't pull them. Kill them or you will be full of sh..t too...hahaha... Keep your system flowing so you do not get constipated and hot water drinking in the morning that'll make you go to washroom 3 tablespoons of coconut oil a day as long as you're good enough to take it don't have diarrhea... Don't let it overwhelm you it can overwhelm you but you have work to do..lol...watch utube... In our cases. E expect anything.weird sh....t...but in the long run we are blessed to have found out about it in time and I just had to listen to the doctors and gotten worse Hulda Clark The Cure For All Diseases tells the truth I read that 30 years ago now I'm living it..
