Maybe supplements for thyroid will be enough--selenium, a little iodine, maybe even glandular supplement, etc.
When I was in that situation my chiropractor told me that some people benefit from thyroid related supplements even though the tests are normal. So I tried Thyroid Helper. It was definitely helpful for warming my hands and providing some motivation on relaxing days off work.
