In case you can't find it, here is the link. If you implement Dr. Rath's teachings, you might help yourself. Also, when people claim you gave yourself a heart attack from iodine, you can use the knowledge in this book to refute them, that Iodine is not the reason. So, the answer as usual is not to attack V, the answer is to look to the real causes. Consider the Asian analogy of the man pointing at the moon.

You can never elevate yourself by cutting others down, you only lower yourself and if your copper levels are chronically low, you might give yourself an aneurism.
