I am thinking of doing a 14 days water fast. I would like to start tomorrow, and break it by january 3.
It is my first long water fasting, and any advice you could give me, would be really helpful.
And anyone who would like to start tomorrow, or who has just started, text me so we could share this experience and give each other support.
