I take a tea spoon of Turpentine mixed with a table spoon of Sugar once a day for 4 days straight and 2 days off (not taking it). I've been doing that for about 2 weeks now. I'm still alive and had no negative reaction to it. I don't think a teaspoon is too much. I think it is necessary and effective. That's just my opinion.
