Hi all,

Can you please share what you think the white thing on the left might be?

I like to think I might just have a food intolerance and just need to go see a nutritionist but when I see weird looking things like that coming out in the bowl it makes me wonder if something else is causing my uncontrollable gas(even from sucking a mint) blurred vision, feeling down, nervousness, flatulence, orange goo when I pass gas like jelly, the feeling of not being there and insomnia and teeth clenching.

All opinions welcome. Thanks!
