IMO vegetarianism/veganism is a risk factor for Increased Digestive Permeability aka Leaky Gut. Any food which is not cooked raises the risk for becoming infected by the bacteria which cause IDP. Well cooked beans should be okay but any other fruit/veg which is not cooked or heated to an insufficient level to kill the bacteria raises the risk of infection.
However so far the bacteria have not been identified, although I do have a list of likely candidates, MRSA being one of many. All are highly resistant organisms.
Chances are that the problem you have is caused by the location where the bacteria attack and the associated location in the colon where permeability is increased. Waste products from the bowel/colon entering the lymphatic system and then being expelled from the skin causing the odour.
Do not waste your time with the "leaky gut" protocols and supplements because they cannot fix it as they do not defeat the bacterial cause. All of these ideas are an utter waste of time and money IMO.
