i'm only done with the Master-Cleanse THIS TIME round.. i plan to be back :p !!

and yes, i will look for that Sugar cane juice.. el guarapo... right? if my memory serves me correctly?!!

and THANK YOU 1277... u helped me see that i could benefit from going beyond the original 10 days i had set for myself, and that decision was crucial in making this trip to toronto a success!!! cos if i had been eating whatever was available along the road during this trip, i would have surely gotten sicker (i know this... i know how my health has been the past several months).... staying with the cleanse really made a difference in my energy level thoughout the trip.... it's too bad that i'm so skinny right now i just can't keep it up at the moment.... but i plan to come back to it next year for sure!!

i also plan to *fast* on juice or smething one day a week, after i begin eating solids again, to give my digestive system a rest -- i think i would definitely benefit from that....

thank you again... you and somer have both been an inspiration for me :) !!

and you guys really complement each other on this forum i think, cos you are like the rough disciplinarian "father" figure, and somer is so gentle and sweet and understanding "mother" figure.... :p:p anyway it's been like that for me...:"> so i just thought i might share that with you.. :>:p:p !!!

oh parting is such a sweet sorrow.... but it won't last cos i will be back :D hehe...
