I seen your post on staying in ketosis with salad and avocados I'm thinking salad dressing is out of the picture is that right
Also I'm really excited to hear that because today I am having just water and now that I know if I'm stuck with a friend at a restaurant let's say tomorrow or another day I can just have salad and still stay in ketosis-- that's wonderful
It's weird but it'll make me think that I'm still on target with doing a Water Fast and not have failed
Of course I really want to do a long fast soon with no salad, but this is a great way to ease into it
So excited 🌻
