I had two bumps on one eyelid diagnosed as Xanthelasma, which is associated with high cholesterol. These bumps were on the eyelid itself.

I had these bumps for about 6 to 12 months before diagnosis, and they were smaller than BB pellets.

I briefly tried applying castor oil at night, which might have helped some but was messy and a hassle.

I started taking 1000 mg per day of Ceylon Cinnamon powder in capsules, which is reputed to reduce cholesterol. After a while (maybe 2-3 months), I noticed that the bumps were completely gone. Then I stopped taking the cinnamon.

It has been 3+ months since I stopped taking the cinnamon, and the bumps have not returned.
