Although the honey I'm using isn't manuka or jarrow it's very good quality, and from the English countryside where there are many wild flowers. It's probably good that you've tried the different kinds now because you can be sure what you were using before is good stuff!

How long have you been taking honey and how has it affected your symptoms?
