the body is usually in one of two modes - elimination or storage.

dr hay and the orange juice fast. it works. clean out with Epsom Salts and the fast is easier to start and maintain when it begins empty to start with.

basically 8 oranges a day. squeeze into glass. fill the rest of the way with distilled water up to the 8 ounce mark. drink. eight times a day.
