people usually preach what they need to hear the most. congrats for conforming. just re-read your post for half of what i would say to you.

besides, i know it will be a shock but my post wasnt about you and definitely not for you.

when snakeeater had a heart attack he came here and stated without any doubt his heart attack had nothing to do with his Iodine supplementation.

i could say the same thing but i think snakeeater was wrong. we both survived. i survived a widowmaker heart attack from a undetected decades old calcium blockage. i not only survived, i got out of the hospital with no appliances, no pacemaker, no stints, no defribulator, no blood thinners and i take no medications. my heart recovered too fast for them.

im alive. sorry you dont like it. Iodine is a huge factor in that. cayenne pepper is another big player if anyone wants to know. i took it every morning for 7 years prior. religiously. i thank barefoot for that.

as for your hypocrisy, you sort it out. i have bigger fish to fry.
