I actually just returned from buying Smooth Moves, so I'll let you know tomorrow. After reading some of the other postings, I would steep the tea for 5 minutes and see if it's better tonight. I didn't have any tea last night, but the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) worked fine yesterday morning and today. Starting to get a slight headache and feeling a little low on energy, so I'm going to bed early tonight to help push me on to day 3...The worst part is having to cook for my family!!
